We are continuously expanding to better serve the resort communities of the mountains. **Position Overview** We require a full-time houseperson that will be assisting the our Maintenance Team, Housekeeping Team and Guest Service with guest inquiries, troubleshooting, groundskeeping between 2:00PM-10:00PM (Thursday to Monday). You must be able to drive between local properties and have a minimum 3 years Canadian Drivers license and clean abstract (company vehicle provided). There will be some duties that are required to be done daily and others that only are needed on case-by-case situation. (must have a "negative" criminal record check) - Paid lunch breaks. - We have a health benefits plan (vision, dental, para medical, life insurance, disability). - We have generous staff discounts at all our properties. - Family and Friends discount at Basecamp. - We offer competitive wages. - Potential growth in our maintenance team. - We have a friendly atmosphere. - Paid company events. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to guest requests that do not require maintenance assistance such as, door lock battery replacement, TV & Remote-Control issues, minor plumbing blockage, light bulb replacement, breakers and minor A/C service. - Property walk around. - Maintaining common areas clean such as lobbies, hot tubs, sauna, parking lots, etc... - Assisting the Guest Services and Housekeeping teams with daily tasks. - Delivering items to guest room upon request of Guest Services. - Keeping towels in common areas well stocked and ensuring dirty towels are delivered to laundry. - Wiping patio tables and chairs. - Maintaining cleanliness hot tub washroom areas including the showers. - Maintaining cleanliness of Resort BBQ’s and reporting deficiencies to management. - Wipe and disinfect exterior guest lock. - Watering plants and groundskeeping. **Skills and Experience** - Must have the mobility to climb stairs throughout the day and be able to lift 40lb. - Knowledge of basic maintenance and housekeeping **Requirements**: - Must have a valid Canadian driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of history. - Must be able to provide a clean drivers abstract. - Must be able to work 2-10PM Thursday to Monday. - Please submit a cover letter and resume **Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
