The Condo Care Houseperson will primarily provide laundry and housekeeping support to the Spring Creek Vacations team while assisting guests with minor condo repairs and maintenance tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**
This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must have the ability to move, lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 25lbs. They must have the ability to stand for at least 8 hours each day. The Condo Care Houseperson should be able to perform common maintenance tasks and troubleshoot solutions. Applicants must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting with strong communication skills. Previous experience using Asana would be considered an asset. A valid Class 5 License is required for this role. Preference will be given to those with previous hotel cleaning and maintenance experience.

**DUTIES**

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Complete laundry duties (loading and unloading washer and dryer machines).
- Retrieve, sort, fold, and restock linens.
- Strip linens from guest rooms.
- Deliver items to guest rooms.
- Organize items for recycling.
- Maintain supply area for room attendants.
- Help clean vacation rental units when required.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide maintenance repairs to guest rooms and public areas.
- Make repairs which may include plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling ventilation, furnishing and fixtures, painting, covering wall repairs, and door and window repairs.
- Troubleshoot basic appliance issues.
- Communicate larger maintenance concerns with the front desk department and Client Care team.
