**Job Summary**

As a Summer Student - Laboratory Assistant for our Analytical Chemistry team at the Senneville location, you will be managing products and supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the department.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

- In charge of the reception, inventory and the distribution of products (test items, chemicals, consumable products, chromatographic columns, for example), as well as all the related documentation;
- Responsible for placing the orders for the department;
- Participate in maintaining inventory of products and supplies in sufficient quantity;

**Key Elements**

If you have the following qualifications, we’ll train you for the rest:

- Enrolled in a DEC or Bachelors in laboratory sciences;
- Ability to lift weights of 10-15kg;
- Meticulousness and precision.

Role Specific Information:

- Location: 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1;
- Transportation: We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station;
- Salary: 17$/hours;
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, day schedule (6AM to 2H15PM);
- Temporary position, full-time 37.5hrs per week during the summer period.
