**Salary**: $20-$25 per hour
**About Us**
We’re a busy, friendly office looking for an organized and reliable **Office Administrator / Secretary** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
- Provide administrative support with billing and client communications
- Prepare, scan, and file documents (digital and paper)
- Maintain organized office systems and supplies
- Assist with other general office and administrative duties as needed
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, on-site
**Compensation**
- $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)
