**Position Summary**:
The Warehouse Customer Service Representative serves as the main point of contact between the warehouse and customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipped promptly, and customer inquiries are resolved efficiently. This role supports the Warehouse Manager and contributes to overall customer satisfaction by coordinating order fulfillment and maintaining a high level of communication. Forklift operation may be required to support warehouse activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication**:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining company policies.
- **Order Management**:

- Process customer orders in the system, verify accuracy, and ensure all required information is recorded.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to prioritize urgent orders and resolve issues related to inventory or logistics.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or delays to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.
- **Shipping and Logistics Support**:

- Schedule shipments with third-party logistics providers and carriers as needed.
- Track and provide updates on deliveries to customers.
- **Forklift Operation (If Applicable)**:

- Safely operate forklifts to assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-operational checks on forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite and other systems.
- Generate reports for management regarding order status, customer trends, and service metrics.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator and seasonal staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide input on process improvements to enhance the customer experience and warehouse operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Forklift certification and experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems like NetSuite is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics is an asset.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
