**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in surface construction to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of surface-related construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Strong leadership, technical expertise in surface construction (such as paving, concrete, and asphalt), and excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, manage, and oversee surface construction projects from initiation to completion, including paving, concrete, and asphalt installations.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and expectations.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project risks, including safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise on-site teams, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on surface-related projects (paving, concrete, asphalt).
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment related to surface work.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
