It's the way we do business.** **Core Competencies**: - Customer Focus - Problem Solving and Adaptability - Creative, Innovative thinking - Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Independent and Accountable - Regular and consistent contact with clients within an assigned Book of Business - Respond to competitive quotes/proposals and participate in RFP’s - Client retention and growth - Establish and maintain internal and external relationships - Source opportunities and identify gaps in customs compliance practices - Provide content and solutions on new initiatives and services within our industry **Requirements**: - Completion of Grade 12 - CCS Designate an asset - Post-secondary education an asset but not required - Minimum of 5 years continuous employment within the logistics industry - Knowledge and experience with problem analysis and resolution methodology an asset - Strong background in operations process with customs brokerage and international freight - Ability to comfortably present to small/medium size audiences - Effective communicator and strong organizational skills - Independent work abilities - Strong computer skills - Valid class 5 driver’s license
