**Annual Salary: $52,665 - $65,837**

The Financial Services Assistant reports to and provides support for the Director - Financial Services. The Financial Services Assistant is responsible for maintaining and organizing a shared directory of all funding agreements, reporting deadlines and submissions as well as ensuring financial reports are signed off and submitted to the appropriate funder by the required deadline.

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in business administration or other related field
- Minimum of two years related work experience

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Demonstrated ability in progressively responsible positions
- Excellent typing and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and public relation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills

**Assets**:

- Ability to converse in a second language would be an asset

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
