Position Summary
The incumbent provides comprehensive support to the financial aid and student awards teams in delivering services to all Confederation College students. This role plays a key part in advancing the colleges commitment to equitable access and student success by assisting students and community members with timely, accurate and student-centred financial aid and registration support.
The incumbent is responsible for delivering frontline services to students and prospective students seeking support with financial aid and awards, including OSAP, bursaries, awards and scholarships. They are expected to provide clear and accurate information and guidance in a supportive professional manner.
The incumbent collaborates closely with various internal departments to ensure consistent and coordinated service delivery.

Additional Requirements
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer skills
