Then become part of the team that’s making it happen. **The Opportunity**: Trojan Technologies is seeking a full time **EHS Specialist **to join our team onsite in **London, Ontario**. If you want to find yourself in an environment that **challenges **you, while **rewarding **you for your amazing problem-solving skills, and you are looking for a place to **grow**, this could be the job for you **What Will I Be Doing?** Working on-site 40 hours per week, you’ll spend your days collaborating with colleagues, supporting multiple departments (HR, OPS, R&D) and demonstrating your analytical and problem-solving skills More specifically, you can expect to: - Ensure compliance with all Trojan Technologies policies and procedures, as well as with all federal, provincial, and local government EHS regulations. - Develop and execute action plans to continuously improve the maturity of the site's EHS program through the Danaher Maturity Assessment Tool. - Be responsible for WSIB claims management, partnering with HR, OPS, R&D, and other functional leaders. - Lead site teams in completing and updating qualitative risk assessments. - Participate in internal on-site and cross-site audits, with a focus on risk containment and the closure of audit findings." **What Qualifications Do I Need?** - Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or other applicable field(s). - 5+ years of EHS experience - Working knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act, Industrial Regulations, and Workplace Safety and Insurance Act - Professional designation (CRSP or CRST) is preferred - Experience with laboratories and ISO 14001 Standard is preferred **The Perks**: Full benefits including medical & dental, performance-based bonus, a Wellbeing Program, Group RSP, and Pension Plan (with employer matching).
