We’re a fast-paced manufacturing company that designs and builds custom truck parts — and we’re looking for a motivated, personable individual to help manage our front-end operations.

**Position: Front-End Customer Service & Admin**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product advice, fitment, and custom options
- Process and track orders efficiently
- Create and manage invoices using ERP systems and QuickBooks
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Potential opportunity to assist with social media management, depending on experience

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal team members
- Knowledge of trucks and wheel / tire / offset knowledge is a strong asset

**Location**:
On-site position - remote work is not available.

Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
