**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provides superior customer service to our guests
- Has a full understanding of check-in and check-out procedures
- Prepares guest arrivals list and keys for next day
- Prepare daily meeting packet for next day
- Resolve customer complaints and issues diplomatically and in timely manner
- Assist Duty Manager as required
- Completes Bucket Check to verify guest room rate per signed registration card and ensure accurate revenue segment is posted in OPERA
- Processes end of day accurately
- Balances/processes all interdepartmental postings, restaurant/spa bills, direct billing vouchers, etc.
- Learn and adhere to all fire and emergency procedures and Pearle and Health & Safety policies
- Perform other job duties as requested by leader on duty
