- You have a minimum 1 years of hotel Front Desk/ Night Audit experience
- You have excellent computer skills & familiarity with cash receipts, cash floats, balancing end of shifts, and budgeting
- You are experience with Marriott systems (High Performance Pricing, MARSHA, One Yield)
- You have a positive and proactive attitude, and demonstrate the following qualities; flexibility, dependability, and highly team and service oriented.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provides superior customer service to our guests
- Has a full understanding of check-in and check-out procedures
- Prepares guest arrivals list and keys for next day
- Prepare daily meeting packet for next day
- Resolve customer complaints and issues diplomatically and in timely manner
- Completes Bucket Check to verify guest room rate per signed registration card and ensure accurate revenue segment is posted in OPERA
- Processes end of day accurately
- Balances/processes all interdepartmental postings, restaurant/spa bills, direct billing vouchers, etc.
- Learn and adhere to all fire and emergency procedures and Pearle and Health & Safety policies
- Act as leader on duty in absence of Lead Night Auditor
- Perform other job duties as requested by leader on duty
