Milton, Canada Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions Inc. Full time

As a key member of the Groeneveld-Beka Canada team this position is responsible for providing proactive financial analysis of the business and reporting key metrics, making recommendations on corrective actions, and administering budget accountability.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenue and expenses. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes. Analyze various scenarios and their potential impact on financial performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and other stakeholders. Communicate key findings and recommendations effectively.
- Analyze costs and cost drivers across the organization. Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and marketing, to gather relevant data and insights.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the finance function.
- Complete all filing and general administrative tasks as required
- Answer general office phones as required to support in office calls
- Maintain a comprehensive and up to date report findings

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years in financial analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- SAP knowledge/experience strongly preferred
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and sourcing information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, affable nature with the ability to get along with many different personalities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingualism in French/English is an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
