I-XL is a national distribution company specializing in architectural masonry and cladding products. We service the professional building community from architect and home builder to installation contractors and everyone in between. We strive to be technical leaders and provide customers with the product expertise, knowledge, and support they demand. Finally, customers are the reason we exist, and as such we set high internal standards for customer service and execution.

- **Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm (on site)**_

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer incoming calls and greet customers in the Showroom.
- Work with the customers to determine the best choice(s) for their specific projects and provide quotations.
- Process and maintain sales orders, invoicing, and returns according to policy.
- Regularly monitor sales orders and customer needs to ensure that they will be met on time.
- Receive incoming inventory orders. Check for completeness and process paperwork.
- Take and process credit card information, account payments, and deposits.
- Develop close relationships with contractors, designers and home builders positioning the company as their primary supplier.
- Work closely with the outside sales team.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2-3 years of customer service experience preferably within a similar environment.
- Previous experience working in retail or dealing with the public is an asset.
- Inside Sales experience is desired.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Good basic math skills.
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, ability to communicate confidently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new programs.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Team player.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Full background check is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
