**What you will do...**
- Pull merchandise for shows, pre-production photography, web, digital recordings, special events and video server
- Inspect, prep and ensure merchandise meets quality and standards
- Assemble new product
- Consolidate Inventory to accommodate space restrictions
- Pull merchandise for return to vendor claims
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborating with working partners

**What you will bring...**
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, ScriptSure and Outlook in executing daily showroom tasks
- Able to process and receive new product as on-air show samples following SOP’s
- Ensure on-air merchandise are pulled and prepped within the assigned efficiency and quality targets set
- Ensure all products are in air-worthy condition and returned to the correct locations after live shows while ensuring control forms are included with complex items
- Ensure Return to vendor claims are pulled and processed within the assigned efficiency and quality targets
- Prepare, assemble products where needed, and ensure they are on-air worthy
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ensure Showroom is left secured at the end of the shift
- Compliant with all Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
- Ensure we are aligned to support working partners (Merchants, TV Sales & Production, scenic and National Distribution Centre)
- Able to work rotation shifts including weekends
- Provide front desk services for our internal customers
