**Job Summary**
We at Flooreno Building Supplies are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Flooring Showroom Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently processing transactions. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience through effective communication and sales techniques.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance in retail sales, including upselling products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when engaging with customers over the phone.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

We are looking for someone to cover the following shifts

Saturday 7-5pm

Sunday 10-5pm

If you are looking to have full time hours we can also offer 3 days during the week with shifts from 7-4pm

Hourly pay will be $19/hour with a possibility of commission pay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
