What You’ll Do
- Under direction of a Project Manager, take a lead role in coordination and completion of Proposals.
- Provide quality control in ensuring that KWL standards are adhered to by providing writing, proof reading and formatting of reports and memos.
- Assist Project Managers in the development and ongoing status of project management plans; including monthly invoicing, budget tracking, and reporting.
- Schedule, setup and prepare documentation for, including agenda and meetings: discussions, meetings, and briefing sessions.
- Respond to routine requests for information.
- Make travel arrangements for project personnel.
- Assist Project Managers with Vision updates and reporting including: contact databases, project specific information, budget updates, quality management records including project deliverable tracking and project close-outs.
- Maintain Project Record Management systems for digital documents.
- Assist Sector Leaders in planning and organizing Sector and Corporate work events.
- Assist in reviewing client contracts for Project Managers, including identifying excessive risk and liability to the company, arranging insurance certificates, correspondence with client and arranging for signatures.
- Communicate with clients on an as needed basis.
- Undertake other assignments that Project Managers may deem necessary
What You’ll Bring
- A positive and motivated personality
- Office or Business Administration Diploma or related education
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in a construction or engineering consulting industry is preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based accounting software (Deltek Vision or similar)
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Personable and professional in your work ethic
- Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously, work with deadlines, and prioritize work for maximum efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal with the ability to work with team members in a multi-disciplinary environment
- A desire to lean new skills and an eagerness to grow within your role

Wage Range
- $50,000-60,000 per year, wage dependent on years of experience
