**About this role**
We are recruiting for a **Project Assistant** to join our Burnaby **Major Projects** Team. This role will provide administrative support and work from our site office in Richmond, BC.

Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Prepare project site and office binders/files and QA/QC files as required
- Organize and track shop drawings, keep on top of suppliers for delivery of shop drawings
- Price, extend, confirm hours submitted and data entry as required for extra work orders
- Make sure the site has all the latest specs, drawings, shop drawings, change orders, schedules.
- Track shipments for orders, track backorders, and keep on top of suppliers for delivery of materials
- Prepare O&M manuals and panel schedules

**Your experience and skills**
- High School diploma
- 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Strong proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized and high attention to detail
- Team player
- Self-motivated
- Work experience in the construction and/or electrical industry, an asset
- Ability to read drawings, an asset

**Salary range**:$50,000 - $60,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package.** Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered. Let's chat throughout the hiring process and determine the best fit.
