Working within an ISO 17025 laboratory environment, the Laboratory Manager will:

- Manage the day-to-day production environment across all lab tests and all employees, in order to meet production goals
- Mentor and manage staff to ensure a positive team environment
- Direct, coordinate and train personnel in conducting test procedures and optimizing instrumentation
- Assist in the development, evaluation, improvement and implementation of standard analytical methods (EPA, APHA etc.), instrumentation and processes
- Trouble-shoot and optimize methods and equipment for increased efficiency and quality
- Oversee method audits
- Oversee method validations
- Collaborate with other members of the Management Team as may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
