**BIOVECTRA Inc.** has an opening for**a** Project Manager**This is a full-time position located in **Charlottetown, PEI.**
- We are seeking a highly motivated **Project Manager** with experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from initiation to completion. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead and oversee multiple projects in drug development/manufacturing/clinical trials, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing, to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project performance to ensure efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Three to Five+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH), and clinical trial processes (if applicable).
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
