**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, oversee, and execute construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities to facilitate permitting, approvals, and construction processes.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or costs.
- Oversee procurement and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress reports to stakeholders and company leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction or project management.
- Strong understanding of residential and multi-unit construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- General knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Experience in project estimation an asset
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must pass a criminal record check

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
