Operation Manager at Dreamway Transport will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire operations including dispatch,accounting, safety and comliance.

Operation Manager responsibilities:
Must have Knowledge of daily operations.

Must deal with shippers and Brokers and find suitable loads for all the trucks.

Must deal the situations and communicate with drivers.

Must enforce company policies and take actions.

Must bring new business to the company and take all desions for company growth.

Must have more than 3 year experience in related industries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
