**HEAR Ontario** is excited to be expanding our Hearing Clinics to the St. Catharines area and are currently looking for a **Client Care Administrator** to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet all clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, and schedule appointments using Blueprint.
- Create revenue generating opportunities by driving patient appointments and reaching out to current and potential clients.
- Respond to all inquiries.
- Process, submit and track insurance and government claim forms.
- Maintain hearing aid inventory.
- Cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids.
- Other administrative duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a medical or client-oriented office.
- Prior experience with greeting clients, scheduling appointments, payment processing, and tracking of supplies/inventory in an office environment.
- Working knowledge to expert knowledge of all third-party insurance programs, is a definite asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
