As one of the largest members of United Van Lines in Canada, and partnerships with over 600 international moving companies, we are well equipped to execute the relocation requirements of our clients.

Due to continued growth, we seek a **Pricing Specialist **to join our team of dedicated and long-serving employees from our Mississauga, ON office.

The **Pricing Specialist** is a key member of our pricing team, providing analysis and data management skills as required to ensure we provide clients with competitive quotes for service.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Process daily pricing requests, quotes and tenders in a timely manner
- Obtain and negotiate relevant rates from suppliers to support revenue growth
- Work with internal Move Managers to finalize projections on services performed for invoicing
- Understand and assess market conditions to help determine our pricing strategies and sales opportunities
- Maintain meticulous notes of all pertinent activities in our database
- Respond to customer audit queries and escalations as required
- Other related duties as required

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in education and experience is preferred
- Work experience in a role requiring pricing analysis is highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years successful work experience in a professional services environment is required
- Previous work experience within the relocation/moving or freight
- forwarding/logistics industry is highly desirable
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment required
- Strong organization skills and ability to excel in a team environment required
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) required
- Ability to perform under pressure undertaking our seasonal workload
