- Experience in a fast-paced customer service role - automotive experience and knowledge is an asset, but willingness to learn is nonnegotiable.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills to connect with customers, technicians, and teammates.
- Sales mindset with the ability to recommend services and build trust to drive results.
- Proven ability to stay organized, be adaptable, and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
