Job description

Multiple Snow removal positions available including sidewalks/pedestrian labourer and machinery operator in truck or skidsteer as needed on occasion. **MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND MUST BE INSURABLE so you can drive a company vehicle.**

For snow machinery operator on salary: We guarantee payment for a set minimum amount of 40- 50 hours every two weeks whether is snows or not. Any hours above the 40 - 50 hours will be paid hourly bi-weekly (guaranteed $2,000- $2,500 gross before payroll deductions a month ). Two **Bonuses **will be available for those who are **reliable, show up and work hard**, one at the **end** of December and the other at the **end** of March. _**MUST HAVE MIN 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE**_

Snow Removal/General Laborer/snow machinery operator

Primarily Snow:

- **Must be willing to work weekends on call, 7 days a week, 24/7, mother nature calls the shots**:

- Operate blowers, use shovels for sidewalk clearing
- Be prepared during for calls during weather conditions calling for heavy snow falls
- Skidsteer experience and plow truck experience are required for machinery operator positions
- Potentially operate company trucks and trailers for transportation purposes;
- Close communication with the Crew Supervisor/Leader
- Compliance with quality and safety standards
- Have appropriate work gear and safety gear
- Must be on time for shifts, and work in a timely manner without compromising quality
- Have consistent and reliable transportation (Since snow removal requires us to be out working outside of city transit hours and during large snow falls it is not the company's responsibility to get you to and from work. Not showing up for work because of large snow falls and preventable transportation issues will not be tolerated due to the nature of our work. Please think about this prior to applying.)
- Proper use of required personal protective equipment on crew
- Ensuring proper use, care and inventory of company vehicles, equipment and tools
