Calgary, Canada Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow removal Full time

**Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow Removal Inc.** has an opening for team members for snow removal season this position does role into a summer maintenance position as well. Under the direction of Supervisors you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including fall clean ups, snow removal with the use of blowers, sweepers and the use manual tools as well. We are a COR certified company and believe safety is paramount.

**Responsibilities**
- Sidewalk snow removal - use of blowers, scrapers, sweepers etc.
- Daily site checks
- Laying ice melt
- Demonstrating safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
- Working in accordance with Bradbosh policies and procedures as well as being open to learn new things
- Providing exceptional customer service & client experiences
- On time/punctual
- Following instructions well
- Hardworking
- Be an active team member with a positive attitude

**Basic/Required Qualification**
- **Valid Driver’s License IS REQUIRED** and ability to provide copy of driver’s abstract
- Working knowledge of the use of common hand and power tools relative to landscape maintenance and snow removal
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports
- Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous landscaping, snow removal and/or maintenance experience is an asset
- Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
- Motivated and energetic team player with an attention to detail and great work ethic

- **Valid Class 5 license**:

- Ability to drive truck and trailer an asset

**Working Conditions/Physical Demands**
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time
- Working in a variety of outdoor environments with the ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
- Cold weather, on-call during winter months
- Physically Demanding position
- Significant standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling
- Repetitive Motions
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 50 - 100 lbs

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
