**Are You**:
Responsible: We make promises to our customers, and we need you to help us keep them.

Outdoorsy: This job can be tough and cold, so you should be comfortable working outside in winter weather.

Flexible: Snow doesn’t follow a schedule. When it snows, we need you to be ready to work.

Organized: You’ll need to plan your week carefully and be prepared to work around other commitments.

Independent: While we offer support, you’ll be trusted to complete the job independently.

Proud: We take pride in our work, ensuring driveways and sidewalks are clean, with no tire tracks and clean edges.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Timeliness: This is our number one priority and is non-negotiable. You can start as early as you’d like, but no later than 8 AM. Note that power equipment can only be used after 7 AM. As well if it’s still snowing, we follow the same timing requirements.

Quality: All properties must be maintained in perfect condition with timely, consistent service—free of tire tracks and cleaned down to the surface. If this standard is not met, you are expected to reset the property on your own time the following day to ensure clean, spotless driveways.

**Job Requirements**:
Driver’s License and Transportation: You must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle to get to different job sites. It is required to have a truck or vehicle with a trailer hitch if the employee has 10 or more properties.

**Tool Requirements**:
Employees must have a high-quality shovel, scraper, and backpack blower suitable for professional snow removal plus for any employee with 10 or more driveways it is required you have a snow thrower or snow blower.

Tool Rental Program (Optional):
If you don't have the required tools, you can rent them from us:

- Backpack Blower: $50 per month
- Shovel and Scraper: $10 per month
- Snow Thrower: $75 per month
- Cargo Carrier: $25 per month

If you rent a backpack blower, we'll provide a gas can with 10 liters of mixed gas and an extra bottle of mix at the start of the season. If you rent a snow thrower, we’ll provide a gas can with 10 litres of regular gas. After that, you'll need to refill the gas as needed. All tools must be returned in good condition at the end of the season. Rental fee will be deducted half on the 15th and half on the last day of the month's payroll.

**How You’ll Be Paid**:
Each employee/contractor is typically assigned 5-20 driveways, guaranteeing stable monthly income. This straightforward structure ensures that each contractor knows exactly what to expect financially, regardless of weather conditions.

Payment: You receive a set payment each month based on the sizes of the properties you are assigned. You keep that payment regardless of if it snows or not. This payment is paid bi-weekly and split into two equal payments: one mid-month on the 15th and the other at the end of the month.

Payment Structure: You're paid based on the size of the driveway. Payments range from $125-$190 per driveway per month. For example if you had 10 driveways that paid $150 per month. Your monthly salary would be $1500.
