**What We’re Looking For**:

- Flexible: Snow doesn’t follow a schedule. When it snows, we need you to be ready to work.

- Proud: We take pride in our work, ensuring driveways and sidewalks are clean, with no tire tracks and clean edges.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work will be completed for all snowfalls over 1 cm.
- Work will be completed within 24 hours after the snowfall stops.
- During continuous snowfalls, we’ll maintain accessibility with cleanings every 24 hours, followed by a thorough clearing once the snow stops.
- Ice melt/gravel is optional at the customer’s request and will be applied at your discretion.
- We clear public sidewalks, driveways, and paths leading up to the front door and side gate.
- Ideally, if it snows during the night and stops, the customer’s property should be cleared, starting as early as 6 am.
- If it stops snowing at noon, the expectation is that the customer’s property is cleared as soon as possible that day.
- **Each employee will undergo individual training sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of job responsibilities and the effective use of the job navigation app. This training will cover all operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations to ensure high-quality service delivery.**

**Job Requirements**:

- Driver’s License and Transportation (Preferably a truck): You must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle to get to different job sites.
- Tool Requirements: Employees must have a high-quality shovel, scraper, and backpack blower suitable for professional snow removal. We also recommend investing in a snow thrower or snow blower, which can significantly enhance your ability to manage snow removal tasks, especially in larger territories.

For those interested in larger territories, we're happy to discuss your equipment needs to ensure you have the appropriate tools to handle the increased area effectively.

**Tool Rental Program (Optional)**:
If you don't have the required tools, you can rent them from us:

- Backpack Blower: $50 per month
- Shovel and Scraper: $10 per month

If you rent a backpack blower, we'll provide a gas can with 10 liters of mixed gas and an extra bottle of mix at the start of the season. After that, you'll need to refill the gas as needed. All tools must be returned in good condition at the end of the season.

**How You’ll Be Paid**:

- Each employee/contractor is typically assigned 5-20 driveways, guaranteeing stable monthly income. This straightforward structure ensures that each contractor knows exactly what to expect financially, regardless of weather conditions.
- Payment: You receive a set payment each month based on the sizes of the properties you are assigned. You keep that payment regardless of if it snows or not. This payment is paid bi-weekly and split into two equal payments: one mid-month on the 15th and the other at the end of the month.
- Payment Structure: You're paid based on the size of the driveway. Payments range from $125-$190 per driveway per month. For example if you had 10 driveways that paid $150 per month. Your monthly salary would be $1500.
