**Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and very organized **Marketing Coordinato**r to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. The Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in supporting various marketing initiatives and managing Department resources and correspondence. This position requires a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for marketing, and a keen eye for detail.
**What’s Involved**:
- **Administration**: Assist with administrative tasks such as managing marketing calendars, maintaining documentation, requesting quotes, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Expense Management**: Track and manage marketing department expenses, ensuring budget compliance, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Resource Management**: Add and remove resources on real estate agent-facing platforms in a timely manner. Also, manage Department assets and materials.
- **Event Coordination**:Help to plan, organize, and execute industry events, trade shows, and partner collaborations. Manage event budgets and coordinate event logistics, including booth setup, staffing, and assembly of promotional materials. This may also include support for select Branch events. Be proactive in anticipating risks and communicating them appropriately.
- **Research & Analytics**: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Gather data and insights to support marketing campaigns and decision-making. Help to monitor and analyze data, create reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and support the Department.
- **Awards Coordination**: Support the data collection, analysis, and coordination of our annual agent awards program, which may include correspondence with different Departments, Branch staff, agents, 3rd party partners, and support at award events.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in coordinating select marketing projects from concept to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Other duties as assigned to support the success of the Department’s various initiatives.
**Talent Specs**:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or project coordination role.
- Education in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and best practices.
- Experience with multimedia content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and basic HTML/CSS is an asset.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and SEO tools is an asset.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-backed recommendations.
