**Job Overview**
Beta-Calco, a leading manufacturer of architectural lighting solutions, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Digital Marketing & Content Creation**:
- Assist in advertising strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
- Create compelling short-form content including, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
- Write and edit marketing copy for product brochures, ensuring brand consistency and clarity.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and support campaign strategies to optimize engagement.
- Write and edit marketing copy while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn and Meta Ads campaigns.
**Website & Brand Management**:
- Update website content, troubleshoot CMS issues, and assist with SEO.
- Ensure brand alignment across all marketing materials.
- Research and assist in award submissions.
- Help create marketing materials for new hires and internal communications.
**Marketing Coordination, Trade Shows & Event Planning**:
- Assist in planning trade shows and industry-related events.
- Support internal communications, including newsletters and company announcements.
- Help organize marketing assets and maintain digital content libraries.
- Support market research efforts and collect intelligence to drive marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a marketing role, preferably in B2B industries such as
Architecture, Engineering, Design, or Manufacturing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as:
- Website & SEO: Wix, Google Analytics, Joomla
- Advertising Platforms: LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
- Project Management Tools: Asana
- Graphic Design & Content Creation: Canva, Photoshop
- Google Workspace: Proficient in all Google Workspace apps
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
