**About Us**:
The Greek Freak is a fast-growing, premium fast-casual restaurant known for authentic Greek-style cuisine with a modern twist. With multiple locations across the GTA, we’re proud of our passionate team and loyal customer base. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven **Marketing Coordinator** to support our marketing efforts and help elevate our brand to the next level.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute local store marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
- Design and distribute marketing materials including flyers, signage, and digital graphics
- Collaborate with store owners and management to support catering promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Track campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics
- Coordinate participation in food festivals, pop-up events, and local sponsorships
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, municipal offices, and event organizers
- Manage promotional budgets and vendor relationships (e.g., printing, ads, influencers)

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of marketing experience (restaurant or retail experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Meta, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Graphic design, photography, or videography experience considered an asset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary ($40,000 - $45,000 annually, based on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
