**Company Overview**

We are a leading manufacturing company hiring a **Product Manager**. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this role will lead product strategy, development, and go-to-market execution for multiple product lines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:_
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (innovation, operations, sales, marketing) to drive category direction.
- Own product lifecycle roadmaps, ensuring successful product launches and post-line review execution.
- Serve as the authority on product and packaging specifications, pricing, plant packaging specs, program setup sheets, and supply chain communications.
- Manage the launch of sold-in products in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain to deliver quality, competitive products.
- Act as the primary contact for Sales regarding product deliverables.
- Monitor post-launch performance metrics and gather feedback to drive future product improvements.
- Regularly communicate product updates and progress to leadership.
- **Product Launches**:_
- Lead product launch processes and presentations, including product training, samples, marketing collateral, and channel strategy.
- Maintain and enhance ecommerce sites including assets such as product photos, titles and bullet points.
- Conduct new product training for Sales, Customer Service, and Production
- Oversee the development and maintenance of category price lists.
- **Market Insights**:_
- Conduct market store visits, gather competitive product data, and develop market landscape reports.
- Create market analysis reports, including gap analyses and retail price comparisons.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- **Continuous Improvement**:_
- Support and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Provide recommendations to optimize workflows and efficiencies.
- Perform duties in compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in product development strategy and execution within the North American market.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape and various sales channels (e.g., retail, B2C, mass).
- Proven analytical and channel management skills with a track record of successful multi-channel product launches.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
