**DEPARTMENT MISSION**: To strategize & work closely with our 3PL providers to ensure carriers are reliable, offer quick transit time & are cost-effective to ensure company success & high standards of customer fulfillment.

We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to support our growth. The logistics administrator is responsible for various key customer and carrier interactions throughout the lifecycle of an order.

**THE EXPERIENCE OF A STRONG CANDIDATE**:

- Attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, navigating the web, ability to type 50+ wpm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks with high attention to detail
- Logistics and/or distribution experience is an asset
- Team player with an upbeat and helpful attitude
- Enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment
- High school diploma required

**WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules with customers
- Back end management of Proof of Delivery and carrier invoices
- Interact with Intermodal/LTL Consolidation teams to identify and resolve issues
- Communicate with sales and customer care teams to improve the delivery of our services
- Provide reports to internal and external customers as required
- Work closely with carrier to ensure effective execution of goods transportation
- Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution, pricing and contractual obligations
- Prepare and update monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations
- Other duties as assigned
