Job Description Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor daily operations and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and regulations. Maintain accurate records of project progress and provide regular updates to management. Conduct site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards. Collaborate with the team to optimize resource allocation and reduce project costs. Support the project manager in achieving project objectives within the given timeline and budget. The Successful Applicant A successful Site Supervisor should have: Experience in ICI construction projects, specifically in retail, corporate and airport environments. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards. Proven ability to manage and oversee project timelines and budgets. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and reports. Problem-solving skills to address site challenges promptly and efficiently. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $105000 to $120000 CAD.
