**Responsibilities**: As a Sales Representative, you will:

- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their shipping needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Meet Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt and enhance sales strategies.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues.

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
