We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

As a Med Spa Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients while also assisting with our marketing efforts. This hybrid position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a flair for marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Check clients out with accuracy
- Assist with social media management, including content creation and engagement.
- Help develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role in the health or beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jane, Mail Chimp, Canva and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively independently
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
