As part our HR team, our Human Resources Business Partner contributes to our overall success by collaborating with our teams to develop and deliver talent programs to support our business objectives. This role is a true partner to Pure Sunfarms’ leaders and employees, with a focus on supporting a productive work environment with a focus on organizational effectiveness and talent, with the goal of driving engagement, high performance and operational efficiency. You know what it takes to build programs and see initiatives to the end. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

**Business Partnerships**
- Contribute to building and continuously improving our people programs and initiatives, coaching and advising leaders and employees on Pure Sunfarms’ practices.
- Foster positive employee relations and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, and resolving conflict.
- Drive positive change, supporting leaders and teams through organizational change.

**Talent & People Development**
- Partner with the HR team and hiring leaders to attract, identify and select talent for Pure Sunfarms.
- Coach, train and lead teams through our annual performance programs, analyzing results and integrating it into our talent plans.
- Work with leaders to facilitate talent development, ensuring goals and objectives are clearly defined.
- Determine training needs and contribute to the design and delivery of company programs.

**Organizational Effectiveness**
- Elevate the effectiveness of the organization by creating and maintaining our organization design framework, creating and maintaining descriptions, understanding organizational structure and working with leaders to design jobs.
- Contribute to the design, development and integrity of the company’s global compensation framework.
- Maintain the integrity of our structures and employee data, collecting and analyzing organization information.

**OTHER DUTIES**

This is an on-site role, working in or supporting operations and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the business.

**YOUR STORY**

**Your Experience**
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or advisory role

**Your Approach & Strengths**
- Strong business acumen, with an ability to think strategically.
- An excellent communicator who is confident in building strong business partnerships.
- Solid knowledge of people practices as well as relevant employment legislation to build trust and provide sound solutions.
- A self-starter who embraces continuous improvement and adapting to managing multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude with a passion to elevate the details to ensure an exceptional employee experience
- Plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives, while always ensuring they align with the company's business objectives
- You excel in a fast-paced environment and bring an element of precision and organization.

- Must have the ability to maintain and pass an RCMP criminal record check and obtain a security clearance.
