**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines,

budgets, and quality standards.
- Utilize lean or agile methodologies to optimize project delivery and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop

comprehensive project plans.
- Implement ERPs or similar systems, overseeing the integration process and providing guidance to stakeholders.
- Lead organizations through process change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on lean or six sigma

methodologies or a combination of both frameworks.
- Proven experience implementing ERPs or similar systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Sage 50 and Sage Construction Management considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
