Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities- Accurately log tools and equipment into the system using computer software- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are properly documented and accounted for- Maintaining an efficient repair queue and prioritizing key customers. Same day shipment of all completed repairs- Maintaining an extremely organized and safe work environment within the warehouse- Completing instant repair/replacements- Inventory cycle counts- Utilize technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the service center operations

Requirements- Minimum Education - High School Diploma- Shipping/Receiving experience- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes- Self-driven and the passion to be your best day in and day out- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to work well in a team- Detail-oriented with excellent key-entry speed and accuracy- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required- Overtime may be a requirement
