**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and ensure accurate expense recording.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform routine reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain financial records and classify transactions correctly.
- Coordination with External Accountants: Provide necessary documentation for audits and tax filings.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general bookkeeping-related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks (required).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple accounts with accuracy.
- Software Proficiency: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive financial data with integrity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a multi-entity environment (not required but a plus).
- Familiarity with payroll processing and reconciliations.

- Do you have a minimum of 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- Do you have strong experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Teams?
- So you have experience in multi-entity accounting and intercompany reconciliations?
- Do you understanding of GAAP and ASPE accounting principles?
- Do you have experience assisting with business insurance matters?
- Are you familiar with Wellsky?
