**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions in accounting software.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with budget preparation.
- Conduct payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero or Sage for efficient bookkeeping operations.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in budgeting, account reconciliation, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
