Magellan Aerospace has an exciting career opportunity for a temporary fulltime** HR Generalist (Recruitment)** at our manufacturing hub in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This position is a two-year fixed term, commencing January 6, 2025. The HR Generalist will be involved in all activities related to recruitment as well as supporting other Human Resources functions as needed.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Full recruitment cycle including: developing postings; shortlisting; pre-screening; scheduling / conducting interviews; completing reference checks; preparing / issuing offer letters and decline letters; onboarding and managing new hire documentation, etc.
- Support active sourcing initiatives, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Attend career fairs and other recruitment events.
- Provide reports / status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Other duties as required to accomplish overall Human Resources department goals and objectives.

**Position Requirements**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors or other ATS considered an asset.
- Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strong working knowledge of and experience with office software (i.e. Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc ).
