We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to provide administrative and coordination excellence in our supply chain pillar. This role will be based out of our Eastside Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke. **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Assist Warehouse Replenishment Manager with on-time replenishment of raw, bulk, and packaging martial to Third-Party manufacturers and Deciem Production Facility - Coordinate on-time deliveries with Suppliers and Transportation according to production demand and warehouse capacity - Work with internal stakeholders to continually improve the logistics process in order to reduce distribution costs and/or inventory levels - Order, maintain, and oversee purchases regarding the inventory of office equipment/supplies and liaise with external parties at the direction of the Head of the Department - Perform administrative tasks; including preparation, research, review & oversee projects assigned - Coordinate special events, workshops, meetings, and schedules for Warehouses - Prepare and compose documents, summaries, and reports as required and requested - Securing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - 1 - 3 years of previous replenishment and/or administrative experience - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Business Administration or industry experience and knowledge - MS Office proficiency with expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat - Flexibility to adapt to production demands, schedules, and ability to work under the challenge of tight timelines - Considerable experience in providing administrative assistance to handling a broad range of administrative matters. **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
