**About the Role**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Counter/Warehouse responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Serve customers in a courteous manner at the counter and over the phone
- Pricing, order entry and expediting
- Picking and packing orders
- Shipping and Receiving
- Replenishment of product in assigned locations
- Load and unload goods for shipping
- Obtain and display technical knowledge of products
- Provide technical product assistance
- Work with accuracy in a safe and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Electrical product experience and knowledge an asset
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to customer success
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team
