That’s why the role of People & Culture Business Partner is so critical. As much as People & Culture is a trendy name for HR, it’s so much more than that for us at Rainbow Greenhouses. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a passion for driving organizational success through its people. We are heart AND head.
As a People & Culture Business Partner you will be responsible for a few things (there’s lots more but this should give you a good idea):
- Supporting specific areas of the business with everything HR, you will be their go-to for any and all things HR
- We are a team, which means you will also be responsible for jumping in to support anyone on the People & Culture team and they will do the same for you
- You will be expected to actively contribute to various projects within the People & Culture team
- We are all responsible for making today better than yesterday, which means you will also be responsible for helping us identify where and how we can improve; not just as the People & Culture team but also as Rainbow Greenhouses
If you’re still reading, you’re probably still interested. Here are a few more details. Ideally the person for this role will have no less than 5 years of hands-on HR experience. That said, maybe you’ve gained 5 years’ worth of solid experience within 3 years, we’d be happy to see you apply. You’ve faced “real” people challenges that can’t be solved with a textbook alone. You can prove that you know how to use data to make decisions. We love our very diverse workforce and we’d love you to have experience in a diverse work environment. We aren’t overly formal or serious, but we are serious about the work we do.
You’re probably wondering about compensation, fair question. We anticipate the annual salary, which will be determined based on a few factors like experience, education, external market, internal market, etc., will start somewhere between $60-70k. In addition, you will also receive:
