Right now, we are expanding our team by adding a **People & Culture Business Partner.**

As a People & Culture Business Partner you will be responsible for a few things (there’s lots more but this should give you a good idea):

- Supporting specific areas of the business with everything P&C, you will be their go-to for any and all things People & Culture
- We are a team, which means you will also be responsible for jumping in to support anyone on the P&C team and they will do the same for you
- You will be expected to actively contribute to various projects within the P&C team
- We are all responsible for making today better than yesterday, which means you will also be responsible for helping us identify where and how we can improve; not just as the P&C team but also as Rainbow Greenhouses

Here are a few more details. Ideally the person for this role will have 5+ years of hands-on HR experience. That said, maybe you’ve gained 5 years’ worth of solid experience within 4 years, we’d be happy to see you apply. You’ve faced people challenges that can’t be solved with a textbook alone. You can prove that you know how to use data to make decisions. We love our diverse workforce and we’d love you to have experience in a diverse work environment. You’re probably wondering about compensation, fair question. We anticipate the annual salary, which will be determined based on a few factors like experience, education, external market, internal market, etc., will start at approximately $70,000. In addition, you will receive:
