**Job Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with an exceptional experience while assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your passion for cannabis and commitment to customer service will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere in our dispensary.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized service.
- Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring products are well-stocked and properly labeled.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
- Stay updated on current cannabis laws, product knowledge, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the dispensary.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- A genuine interest in cannabis culture and products is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
