**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience.
- Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new items and educate customers about their benefits.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dispensary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain product displays efficiently.
- Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
